RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unless "Non-returnable" is specified on a product page (or items/brands listed bellow), You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make sure what you ordered from us is right for you. You have the option to return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for the right size. The product must be brand new and with the original tags or packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back so make sure you pack it with LOVE like we do. We will return/refund the full amount you paid less the shipping cost and restocking/transaction fee
- All sales are final on all eFoils / foil assist and related accessories.
- Return eligibility will be noted in the item description for items eligible for return
- Shipping cost is non refundable (as well in casses shipping is free)
- Returned items are subject for 10% stansection and restocking fee
- Items with use signs, or that been used in water and/or have any signs of use are subject to additional 10%-20% value loss deduction
WARRANTY
For any warranty-related claims on items covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please reach out to the manufacturer directly by phone or through their online support portal.
For items covered directly by Aqua Foils warranty, please contact us via email or the contact form to initiate a warranty claim, we will require clear photos of the product, description of the issue/damage, serial number and the original invoice. All merchandise returned for warranty replacement or repairs must bear a RMA # which the Customer Service Department will issue you, on the outside of the package and on the invoice. Warranty returns without RMA # will not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping charges for returned product.
